Control levels describe skill capabilities and suggested control measures; they do not represent quality or safety certifications, nor do they dictate usability. Usage decisions rest entirely with users and administrators. Different agent hosts apply varying constraints; do not assume hosts provide automatic protection. 1How It Works & Mechanism

The entire plugin operationalizes a book: all 10 SKILL.md files open with the same persona template, adopting Sahil Lavingia's book framework as the model's behavioral guidelines—capabilities are entirely realized through framework orchestration in the prompt, with no code involved.

skills/mvp/SKILL.md
You are a business advisor channeling the philosophy of The Minimalist Entrepreneur by Sahil Lavingia. Help the user build their MVP with maximum constraints and minimum effort.
The same template sentence is repeated verbatim across all 10 SKILL.md files, with only the final sentence varying per skill (e.g., find-community ends with 'Help the user find their community — the foundation of a minimalist business.'). What this accomplishes: it anchors the model's default generalized advice back to the book's established framework via a fixed persona, ensuring consistency in tone and judgment criteria across all 10 entry points.

Each SKILL.md follows a three-part structure: ① a single-sentence bolded Core Principle (the book's stance), ② numbered steps/checklists/anti-patterns (executable workflows), and ③ an '## Output' deliverable block; book chapters are condensed into actionable processes rather than mere knowledge statements.

skills/mvp/SKILL.md
**Build as little as possible.** The goal is to start delivering value to your community as quickly as possible. Not to build something beautiful, polished, or complete.
The structure maps consistently across the 10 skills: Core Principle sets the tone → middle sections provide decision criteria (e.g., two pricing models, three concentric circles for first-customers) → Output wraps it up. minimalist-review is the only one without a Core Principle; it replaces it directly with 8 principles and a decision matrix.

Trigger routing relies solely on frontmatter name + description, with 10/10 descriptions ending with a 'Use when …' condition; all can be autonomously invoked by the model (no disable-model-invocation, no allowed-tools, no model declarations).

skills/pricing/SKILL.md
description: Help figure out pricing for a product or service using minimalist entrepreneur principles. Use when someone is setting prices, considering price changes, or struggling with what to charge.
Unlike skills such as grill-me that require explicit user triggers, this collection does not narrow down invocation scope. The agent can proactively assume an advisory role whenever users mention pricing, hiring, fundraising, etc. Commands like `/find-community` in the README table are simply Claude Code user-facing entry point names for the plugin skills.

Published as a Claude Code plugin: marketplace.json points to the repository itself as the source, and the README provides two commands to install all 10 skills at once.

.claude-plugin/marketplace.json
"source": "./",
The README installation section ('/plugin marketplace add slavingia/skills' + '/plugin install minimalist-entrepreneur') aligns with the manifest: marketplace plugins[0].name = minimalist-entrepreneur, with source './' as the repo root, registering all 10 skills/*/SKILL.md files together. The official description for the collection (rather than an individual skill) is defined in .claude-plugin/plugin.json's description field: "Claude Code skills based on The Minimalist Entrepreneur by Sahil Lavingia. Frameworks for building a profitable, sustainable business starting from community."; the same sentence appears in marketplace.json under plugins[0].description.

Cross-skill orchestration relies on textual guidance rather than programmatic invocation: when a user cannot list 10 people, processize directs the user back to the /find-community entry point.

skills/processize/SKILL.md
If you can't name 10 people, you don't know your community well enough yet. Go back to `/find-community`.
Grep across the skills/ directory reveals only this single slash command reference in processize (the README command table is a user-facing list, not a cross-skill programmatic call)—there is no Skill tool delegation, shared scripts, or workflow piping. The 10 skills remain independent, with sequence maintained entirely by the journey narrative in the README and the model's judgment.

minimalist-review acts as a cross-cutting gut-check: it distills principles from the other 9 skills into 8 rules (Community First / Start Manual, Then Automate / … / Build the House You Want to Live In) + an 8-question decision table, invocable anytime to evaluate any decision.

skills/minimalist-review/SKILL.md
| Is this reversible if it doesn't work? | | | Am I spending time or money? | | | Have customers asked for this? | |
These 8 rules cover the core stances of the preceding 9 skills (community → find-community, manual first → processize/mvp, sell before scale → first-customers, profitability → grow-sustainably, etc.), making it the plugin's only 'horizontal' entry point: it does not advance the journey, but only issues do it / don't do it / simplify it verdicts.

Output discipline is strictly enforced: each skill defines the format and item count of deliverables under '## Output' (mostly a 5-item numbered list), constraining freeform generation into a fixed deliverable protocol suitable for human review and cross-session reuse.

skills/first-customers/SKILL.md
Help the user create: 1. A list of 10 friends/family to pitch this week 2. A list of 10 community members to reach out to 3. A cold outreach template (personalized, not copy-paste) 4. Their initial pricing strategy 5. A weekly sales goal and tracking method
All 10 skills include '## Output', specifying 4-5 items (company-values has 4 items; minimalist-review has 4 items with explicit action verbs; validate-idea outputs a three-state verdict: Validated / Needs more validation / Pivot). Note: Output specifies conversational responses, not file generation.

Specific case studies and metrics from the book are embedded as 'factual anchors', providing ready-to-cite reference material that makes the model appear well-versed in entrepreneurship.

skills/first-customers/SKILL.md
You need far fewer customers than you think. Slack's IPO: 575 customers = 40% of revenue.
Similar anchors appear across the 10 skills: Gumroad manually collecting PayPal emails, tooling lists like Google Forms/Carrd/Stripe, Dan Ariely's zero price effect, Gumroad's annual growth rates (15%/25%/40%/87%), and Regulation Crowdfunding (2021-03-15). The skills do not include source links or timestamp annotations, so the model states them directly as facts.

2Core Capabilities

0110-step entrepreneurial journey breakdown and phase-based routing (Community → Validate → Build/Processize → Sell → Price → Market → Grow → Culture → Review)
02Community mapping and 4-tier filtering criteria (genuine member / pain point worth paying for / reachability / niche enough to dominate), outputting 1-3 candidate communities with persistent pain points
03Sell-before-build validation plus first 100 customers concentric circles (friends & family → community → cold outreach), with a gating rule preventing official launch before securing 100 customers
04Manual → processized → productized 3-stage execution: manually deliver first, codify steps onto a 'magic piece of paper', and automate only after validation by 10+ paying customers
05MVP scope reduction (deliverable over a weekend, single primary focus, capped at forms and lists/CRUD complexity, explicit 'What NOT to Build' list)
06Dual pricing models (cost-plus / value-based) + tiered rollout + financial independence formula (monthly target → customer count → timeline based on 1 sale per business day)
07Sustainable operations and organizational culture: variable vs. fixed cost split, 5 frugal spending rules (software over headcount, no office leases, no relocation, contractor-first), financing alternatives, co-founder/burnout management, and defining 3-5 core values before hiring
08Cross-cutting gut-check: 8 minimalist principles + 8-question decision table, delivering a 'do / don't do / simplify' verdict, minimalist alternative plan, primary risk, and this week's validation action for any decision

Evidence & Triggers (File Paths & Excerpts)
  • SKILL.md: Pure prompt instructions and rule text; no script execution or external impact.
Audit Notes: Purely instruction-based plugin: all 13 files are strictly Markdown/JSON, involving no script execution, external network requests, credential access, local file writes, or injection surfaces (no ingestion of untrusted external content). Identified considerations do not constitute code-level vulnerabilities: they solely concern commercial advice reliability (undated/unsourced book metrics, absence of professional disclaimers) and autonomous triggering enabled by model-invocable settings.

5Second-Pass Verification

  • [ok] skill.path 定位 — 本行的实体是『合集』而非单个 skill:slavingia/skills 是 Claude Code 插件 minimalist-entrepreneur,含 10 个平级 peer skill(company-values / find-community / first-customers / grow-sustainably / marketing-plan / minimalist-review / mvp / pricing / processize / validate-idea),各含 1 个 SKILL.md,仓库根没有 SKILL.md,逻辑上不存在唯一旗舰。候选位置逐一检查:仓库根(仅 README.md + .claude-plugin/,无 SKILL.md)、skills/(10 个 peer 目录)、.claude/skills/(不存在)、plugins/(不存在)、<name>/SKILL.md(不存在)。因档案必须落到一个真实含 SKILL.md 的目录,取 skills/find-community 作为代表入口:README 的旅程叙事第 1 项即 'Community — Start by finding your people',README 技能表第一行是 find-community,plugin.json/marketplace.json 的 description 也自述 'starting from community'。备选(若站点希望以横切审阅为门面):skills/minimalist-review(8 条原则 + 8 问决策表的 gut-check,立场覆盖其余 9 个 skill)。
Help identify and evaluate communities to build a minimalist business around. Use when someone is looking for a business idea, trying to find their community, or wondering where to start as an entrepreneur."。合集层面的官方描述(plugin.json description:"Claude Code skills based on The Minimalist Entrepreneur by Sahil Lavingia. Frameworks for building a profitable, sustainable business starting from community.")完整保留在 analysis.how_it_works 的插件条目 note 中,避免信息丢失;两者来源不同不是改写。
  • [ok] 根 LICENSE 缺失 — git ls-tree -r HEAD --name-only 全量 13 个文件中无 LICENSE/COPYING/NOTICE;仓库唯一的许可证声明是 .claude-plugin/plugin.json 的 "license": "MIT"(同文件 author.name = Sahil Lavingia)。
  • [ok] 无脚本 / 无外部依赖 / 无凭证 — token 扫描唯一命中集中在 README.md(https://www.minimalistentrepreneur.com/ 文档链接、```bash git clone https://github.com/slavingia/skills.git``` 安装段、两条 /plugin 命令)与 plugin.json 的 repository 字段——均为人类安装文档层,无 shell/import/fetch 调用点;正文提到的 Stripe/Gumroad/Airtable/Zapier/Notion/Gusto/Bench/Pilot 等全是建议性工具名,无端点、无密钥、无 env 读取。
  • [ok] 功能声明是否夸大 — 如 'Create a strategy for selling to your first 100 customers using the minimalist entrepreneur playbook'(first-customers)→ 正文确有同心圆策略、冷邮件范例、指标与 Output 清单;'Guide building a minimum viable product … manual first, then processized, then productized'(mvp)→ 正文三阶段逐字对应。10 条无一超出 prompt 能做到的范围。
  • [ok] frontmatter 触发纪律(是否收窄调用面) — 10 份 frontmatter 全部只有 name + description;仅 minimalist-review 增 'argument-hint: describe your decision or situation'。无 disable-model-invocation、无 allowed-tools、无 model、无 license ——即 10/10 均为 model-invocable,与 grill-me 那类显式仅用户触发的写法形成对照。
  • [ok] 跨 skill 调用是否只是文字指路 — grep 全仓斜杠命令/委托式引用,仅命中 skills/processize/SKILL.md:34 的 'Go back to `/find-community`.';无 'Call the Skill tool'、无共享脚本、无 agents/ 目录。

6Verdict & Scenarios

  • One book, one plugin, clean separation of concerns: 10 peer skills cover distinct stages of the journey, with 'Use when …' trigger contexts in descriptions enabling autonomous routing by the model and providing 10 independent entry points upon installation.
  • Zero attack surface: All 13 files consist entirely of Markdown/JSON, with no scripts, network calls, credentials, file writes, or external content ingestion, making it safe to inspect in full before use.
  • Protocolized, reviewable outputs: Each skill enforces deliverable count and structure via '## Output' (typically 5 items); validate-idea outputs a three-state verdict, making outputs easy to paste back into repos/PRDs or align across teams.
  • Cross-cutting gut-check leveraging all principles: minimalist-review consolidates the stances of 9 skills into 8 principles and an 8-question matrix, invocable standalone at any stage to provide a verdict without altering journey progression.
  • Uncompromising, non-generic stances: Core Principles include explicit counter-positions (don't launch yet, don't build V2, don't buy growth, don't lease offices, don't move to Silicon Valley), producing actionable constraints far more effectively than neutral business advisor prompts.
  • Best for: Ideal for indie hackers and micro-teams in the 0-to-100 customer phase seeking a 'structured advisor' to find communities, validate ideas, trim MVP scope, operationalize manual delivery, execute first 100 sales, set pricing, plan content marketing, make cost/hiring/fundraising trade-offs, define culture, and run minimalist gut-checks (/minimalist-review) on any decision. Also fits startup coaches and incubators as a prompting script, where each skill's Output checklist functions as a workshop deliverable. Delivers maximum value in contexts prioritizing profitability, sustainability, and avoiding cash burns; actual engineering implementation (coding, data pipelines) is outside the scope of this plugin.
Not for: Not suitable for scenarios requiring compliance-grade outputs (tax, legal, securities advice, or employee equity contract drafting)—the content provides principle-level advice only, without legal disclaimers. Not suitable for research requiring live market data (no internet access or live data sources; figures are narrative snapshots from the book). Not suitable for users expecting automated execution or file deliverables—the plugin does not write files, generate plan documents, or call tools; output is strictly conversational. Not suitable for established companies seeking detailed operational playbooks for growth or HR systems (content stays at the principle and checklist tier). Not suitable for scenarios demanding precise pricing models (pricing provides cost-plus vs. value-based orientations and sample calculations, but lacks sensitivity analyses, competitor datasets, or pricing experiment designs).
