Control levels describe skill capabilities and suggested control measures; they do not represent quality or safety certifications, nor do they dictate usability. Usage decisions rest entirely with users and administrators. Different agent hosts apply varying constraints; do not assume hosts provide automatic protection. 1How It Works & Mechanism

Six-section onboarding one-pager: hero (name/start date/team) → first-week schedule → Manager + Buddy card → learning track → equipment checklist → "You're set when..." acceptance checklist.

next/src/lib/templates/skills/hr-onboarding/SKILL.md
- Welcome hero (姓名 + 入职日 + 团队)
Structure acts as a content checklist: HR simply fills in these six sections to produce an inherently complete page—the most effortless pattern for document templates.

First-week schedule detailed down to time slots by day: examples provide a Day 1 09:00–14:00 breakdown alongside a 5-day Mon–Fri timeline.

next/src/lib/templates/skills/hr-onboarding/example.html
<div class="schedule-row"><div class="time">11:30</div><div class="item"><strong>Coffee with Sasha (buddy)</strong><span>The unwritten rules, who-to-ask map, where the good lunch spots are.</span></div></div>
The timeline is implemented with a two-column grid using `.schedule-row { display: contents }` rather than HTML tables, separated between rows using border-top.

The acceptance area uses a checkable "You're set when..." checklist to define completion criteria, turning HR deliverables into actionable verify items.

<h3>You're set when…</h3>
Housing the equipment checklist (checking Laptop/SSO/badge availability) within the same block represents the most product-minded design of this template.

The template itself is the prompt: the SKILL.md body is read by the loader, assembled with the shared preamble and user content, and executed by the local agent CLI.

next/src/app/api/convert/route.ts
prompt = assemblePrompt({ body: skill.body, content, format });
No code is executed from the template directory at runtime: /api/convert only receives {agent, templateId, content}, uses loadSkill(templateId) to extract the SKILL.md body as the prompt core, and hands it off to the authenticated local agent CLI; HTML streams back to the frontend via stdout.

The skill directory contains purely plain-text assets: the loader reads SKILL.md from disk, and no executable code inside the directory is ever loaded.

next/src/lib/templates/loader.ts
const raw = safeRead(path.join(dir, "SKILL.md"));
Skills in the filesystem are just text: the loader reads SKILL.md across directories, extracts frontmatter as picker metadata, and returns the body text; no modules within this template directory are imported or executed.

The shared preamble is injected prior to the template, establishing top priority: "The template defines only layout/style/palette/typography/components; quantities are dictated by user content."

next/src/lib/templates/shared.ts
【内容驱动数量 — 最高优先级, 覆盖模板里的任何数字】
Injected before the template body, the shared preamble dictates that "the template defines only layout/style/palette/typography/components, with quantities decided by user content"—making the layout list in this template a "reusable layout pool" rather than a hard limit on page or frame count.

- **禁止使用 Write / Edit / MultiEdit / Bash / Create / 任何文件系统工具**。不要把 HTML 写到任何 \`.html\` 文件里。前端直接捕获你的 stdout 文本, 文件落盘由前端负责。
The preamble explicitly forbids filesystem tools and mandates pure HTML streaming in the reply body, leaving disk writing to the frontend—resulting in zero disk-write actions on the skill side.

The skill directory contains purely plain-text assets: the loader reads SKILL.md from disk, and no executable code inside the directory is ever loaded.

next/src/lib/templates/loader.ts
const exampleHtml = safeRead(path.join(dir, "example.html"));
The example.html file in the directory serves as the golden sample distributed with the repo; the preview route directly reads and serves it from disk (without builds or compilation), functioning both as a quality baseline and detail page preview asset.

02First-week 5-day timeline (Mon–Fri by time slot)
03Manager + Buddy card (including buddy coffee item)
04Learning track list
05Equipment checklist and outcomes acceptance area (checkable)

Evidence & Triggers (File Paths & Excerpts)
  • SKILL.md: Pure prompt instructions and rule text; contains no script execution or external side effects
Audit Notes: 🟢 Green (). Scope of evaluation = skill directory itself: zero URLs in the directory (example.html contains no http(s) endpoints). The directory contains only SKILL.md and example.html, featuring zero scripts, zero executable code, zero network endpoints, zero credential reading, and zero disk-write instructions—executing SKILL.md merely causes the host model to output an HTML text stream without outbound transmission or local writes. Host shell and artifact usage behaviors do not affect the rating level and are documented under verdict.risks: the shared.ts preamble instructs the generated artifact to import Tailwind CDN (https://cdn.tailwindcss.com) and Google Fonts; the runtime spawns the authenticated local agent CLI (envFor passes through process.env); the preview iframe uses sandbox="allow-scripts allow-same-origin".

5Second-Pass Verification

  • [ok] 规范↔示例:六区覆盖 — hero(Start date/Manager/Buddy/Sasha)、Day 1 时段表、First week timeline(Mon–Fri 五行)、30·60·90 里程碑、Resources 与 You're set when…
  • [ok] 可执行代码普查 — example.html 内 <script> 计数 = 0,fetch/XMLHttpRequest/WebSocket 命中 0;SKILL.md 全篇无脚本或可执行代码。
  • [ok] 外链端点普查 — 目录内(含 example.html)零 http(s) 命中,产物离线自持。
  • [ok] official_desc 逐字核对 — meta.official_desc 与 SKILL.md frontmatter 的 description 逐字一致。

6Verdict & Scenarios

  • Six-section layout serves as an actionable delivery checklist that HR can fill straight in
  • Transforms the "definition of done" into an interactive, checkable acceptance section
  • Uses CSS grid instead of tables for clean, semantic timeline formatting
  • Zero scripts and zero external links for complete offline self-sufficiency
  • Best for: First-week guide for new hires, remote onboarding one-pagers, or onboarding pages in team wikis; ideal when HR/People Ops needs a self-service deliverable for new joiners.
    Not for: Onboarding systems requiring workflow engines or form submissions (output is a static page); scenarios requiring strict compliance audit trails; occasions requiring two-way calendar sync.
