Control levels describe skill capabilities and suggested control measures; they do not represent quality or safety certifications, nor do they dictate usability. Usage decisions rest entirely with users and administrators. Different agent hosts apply varying constraints; do not assume hosts provide automatic protection. Third-party skill copyrights belong to their original authors. Use at your own risk.

1How It Works & Mechanism

This skill is not an executable program, but a prompt injected into the local coding-agent CLI: the host takes the body of SKILL.md, prepends site-wide shared design instructions, appends the user content, and concatenates them into a single prompt handed to the logged-in agent, then retrieves the agent's stdout as HTML.

next/src/lib/templates/shared.ts
【输入格式】: ${opts.format} 【用户内容】: ${opts.content}
Assembly template = shared instructions → skill body → input format → user content; the web endpoint /api/convert uses the same function: prompt = assemblePrompt({ body: skill.body, content, format });

The shared instruction layer (which does not belong to any single skill but sits atop every template) enforces the output as a 'self-contained single-file HTML' and explicitly forbids the agent from using file system tools like Write/Edit/Bash; the HTML is directly streamed out as conversation body text.

next/src/lib/templates/shared.ts
This is the source of capability boundaries for this batch of skills: deliverables are text only, with disk persistence and rendering handled by the host frontend; this prohibition is a soft prompt constraint, not hard sandbox isolation.

Beyond SKILL.md, there is a 'content-driven quantity' override rule: any page, frame, or card counts specified in the template are treated as reference minimums, with the actual quantity dictated by user content—preventing the agent from compressing user content to match template numbers.

next/src/lib/templates/shared.ts
Particularly crucial for frame-* single-frame templates: it designates the layout descriptions in the template as a 'reusable layout pool' rather than a production ceiling.

The loading convention is 'one skill = one folder': SKILL.md (YAML frontmatter for the selector + body text as the template prompt), optional example.md (sample input), and example.html (directly openable preview sample); adding new templates only requires adding a directory without modifying TS code.

next/src/lib/templates/loader.ts
* SKILL.md — frontmatter (id, scenario, tags, …) + prompt body * example.md — (optional) sample input content * example.html — (optional) pre-rendered preview, shown inline in the picker
The loader's loadSkillFromDir only reads these three types of files and has no other asset loading channels—used during the second pass to verify asset reachability for this skill.

The selection pipeline (CLI side) is a three-tier funnel: strong keyword signals (2 points per matched word, threshold 3) → falls back to tags/scenario scoring → if still uncertain, passes the first 800 characters of user content to the local agent for a one-sentence classification.

cli/src/skills-matcher.ts
const CONFIDENCE_THRESHOLD = 3;
Original AI fallback prompt: const prompt = `

The preview pipeline is independent of generation: /api/templates/<id>/preview returns example.html verbatim to the iframe as text/html; the frontend iframe uses sandbox="allow-scripts allow-same-origin".

next/src/components/preview-pane.tsx
sandbox="allow-scripts allow-same-origin"
Route comment: * Returns the skill's `example.html` verbatim so it can be loaded into an (host-side trade-off: under the allow-scripts + allow-same-origin combination, scripts on the preview page can escape the sandbox on their own).

The glitch effect is decomposed into stackable layers: a centered 6-9vw white layer for the main title, backed by cyan #00f0ff and magenta #ff2bd6 offset artifact layers to produce chromatic aberration astigmatism.

next/src/lib/templates/skills/frame-glitch-title/SKILL.md
- cyan `#00f0ff` translate(`-3px`, `1px`)。
Using two solid-color offset artifact layers for chromatic dispersion is more controllable and performs better than filters.

'Data corruption' is achieved via clip-path horizontal slicing + independent @keyframes per segment (80-160ms, staggered, translateX -10px→10px), with a full-title horizontal smear heavy glitch triggered every 1.5s.

next/src/lib/templates/skills/frame-glitch-title/SKILL.md
Slicing + staggered keyframes + 1.5s heavy glitch form a three-tier stacked glitch rhythm.

The environment layer consists of a three-piece set: a 56px grid (5% opacity) + scanlines (2px interval) + full-screen noise grain (data-URI feTurbulence, opacity 6%, mix-blend-mode overlay).

next/src/lib/templates/skills/frame-glitch-title/SKILL.md
Grid / scanlines / noise grain form the CRT environment layer; noise grain uses data-URI SVG without external links.

An advanced option provides an SVG three-channel shift filter: <filter id="rgbShift"> using feColorMatrix + feOffset + feMerge, applied to the entire layer at the moment of glitching.

next/src/lib/templates/skills/frame-glitch-title/SKILL.md
The SVG filter serves as an advanced alternative (optional) for three-channel displacement.

Text content and wording are constrained: titles/subtitles must use user content (lorem ipsum strictly forbidden), subtitles can be substituted with simulated garbled characters, and the top caption and bottom timecode use small mono font with low opacity to evoke an instrumental feel.

Copy slots and garbled text substitution build an instrumental worldview, but content must still originate from the user.

2Core Capabilities

01Three-layer chromatic dispersion title (main layer + cyan/magenta offset artifacts)
02clip-path sliced glitch animation + 1.5s heavy glitch (horizontal smear)
03CRT environment layer: grid + scanlines + noise grain
04SVG rgbShift filter (feColorMatrix + feOffset + feMerge)
05ASCII noise (█▓▒░) corner accents + simulated garbled subtitle
06Instrumental copy slots: top caption, bottom timecode
07Restrained color palette (black/white/cyan/magenta + a touch of amber), rainbow colors forbidden
08Animations can be disabled via prefers-reduced-motion (falls back to static chromatic split)
09Selector keywords: glitch / title /

Evidence & Triggers (File Paths & Excerpts)
  • SKILL.md: Pure prompt instructions and rule text; no script execution or external impact
Audit Notes: The evaluation subject is the skill's own directory (criteria: what actually happens when executed according to SKILL.md): SKILL.md consists of pure instruction text, and the accompanying example.md/example.html are samples and preview templates. The directory contains no scripts, no runtime network calls, no credential access, and no agent-side file writes; SKILL.md also specifies no external generation/service backends (in contrast to the orange tier precedent ai-image-generation / seedance, where materials are sent to external generation backends consuming account quota; this template causes no outbound data transfer). Non-grading explanatory note: the bundled example.html includes external links to cdn.tailwindcss.com and fonts.googleapis.com (Batch 4 criteria: external links in example.html are considered artifact samples and not graded); the shared instruction layer similarly requires outputs to load Tailwind and Google Fonts via CDN in the head (- in `<head>` import Tailwind v3 Play (https://cdn.tailwindcss.com) and required Google Fonts via CDN), which is host wrapper behavior. Host context (not counted towards rating, see verdict.risks): preview iframe sandbox="allow-scripts allow-same-origin"; host launches the agent in full-privilege mode ("bypassPermissions", / "--yolo",). Additional note: this skill belongs to the README pinned recommendation group (recommended: 6) and includes official screenshots; no scripts, no credentials, and no disk writes within the directory.

6Verdict & Scenarios

  • Glitch effects are professionally decomposed: chromatic aberration offset uses two artifact layers, slicing relies on clip-path + staggered keyframes, and heavy glitch triggers every 1.5s, rather than applying a blurry overlay filter.
  • Animations feature an accessibility fallback (prefers-reduced-motion → static chromatic split), preventing full-screen jitter during screen recording or in low-power environments.
  • Dual restraint in color palette and typography (black/white cyan magenta + amber; Space Grotesk / JetBrains Mono / Noto Mono CJK), preventing Chinese titles from breaking the aesthetic style.
  • Included in the README pinned recommendation group (recommended: 6) with official screenshots, making it one of the two templates in this batch with the most 'visible final results'.
  • Best for: Suitable for video transitions, cyberpunk/sci-fi title cards, tech conference opening frames, and social media hero images requiring a 'glitch aesthetic'. Ideal for users wanting an effortless, screen-record-ready 16:9 single frame.
    Not for: Not suitable for formal corporate branding materials or long titles requiring high readability (artifacts reduce legibility); not suitable for scenes sensitive to flickering (defaults to animated version despite accessibility fallback); not suitable for high-density content pages—it is a title frame, not a content page.
